Job Description
- Receiving the customers
- Handle the customer complaints
- Register all data on the System ( customer data and mobile data )
- Complaint analysis
- Troubleshooting
- Contact with the maintenance department
- Deliver the mobile to the customer after fixing
- Contact with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
- Receiving money from the customer
- Contact with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
- Report to the manager
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Bachelors Degree is a must
- Experience at least 6 months as a receptionist
- Max Age: 28
- Good English
