Job Description

  • FloraDoor online Florist is seeking a business coordinator to perform a variety of tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering customer inquiries in a friendly, polite manner.
  • Coordinate with the florist operations in different cities in Egypt, coordinate with the delivery staff, third-party delivery.
  • Managing an e-commerce system (FloraDoor Website) to ensure that customers are satisfied.
  • FloraDoor is also responsible for the flower decorations of some luxurious hotels in Cairo and other cities in Egypt, which requires constant following up with these hotels to fulfill their needs.
  • Managing the E-Commerce Content Management Systems
  • Managing our online payment services to send invoices for our customers and monitoring the transactions and settlements from these services.
  • Receiving and processing orders in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Effectively resolving customer inquiries
  • Engaging customers through email, WhatsApp and social networks to resolve service issues.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Educating customers on using our e-commerce system
  • Communicate with third-party delivery regarding external requests, service levels and customer issues.
  • Coordinating with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams to make sure that
  • Coordinating with the hotels management to fulfill their needs
  • Providing daily and monthly reports
  • Creating, signing and delivering invoices for the hotels.
  • Applicants should have a digital marketing background, and the ability to create digital content such as marketing emails, social media posts and videos.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Bachelors Degree, 23 to 28 years old
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills “ English” is a must
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, optimistic, self-starter, and high sense of ownership.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-orientated environment
  • Ability to multi-task and working under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate PC and PC application skills
  • Polite, friendly attitude to deal pleasantly with customers
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Preferred to have a digital marketing background, and the ability to design/create digital content such as marketing emails, social media posts and videos for our marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to travel to different cities in Egypt when necessary
