Job Description
- Manage and route phone calls & visits appropriately.
- Assist Different Departments in administrative works.
- Process and report on office admin work.
- Schedule in-house and external meetings.
- Coordinate with Operations Team.
- Distribute incoming mail.
- Organize Company Documents and update the filing.
- Address clients queries (via email, phone or in-person).
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Basic math skills
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
