Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.

4 – 6 years of experience in Recruitment field.

Excellent sourcing and screening skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities:

Implementing the annual manpower plan for departments to meet the needs of new graduates and achieve the company’s strategic goals.

Coordinating with departments regarding their hiring needs and submitting reports to direct supervisors.

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, Employment Fairs, Etc.

Conducting interviews for candidates to assess their suitability for the jobs they have applied for.

Preparing a contract memorandum for the successful candidates in the interviews and coordinating with them to conduct a medical examination and bring the required documents to complete the hiring process.

Reviewing all hiring document and required statements and verifying the accuracy of their data according to the approved rules.
