Job Description

 Assist in ensuring proper updated database - personnel filing both in soft form and files management

Assist in Developing - Circulating  HR announcements - weekly communications.

Assist in Preparing HR-related reports as needed.

Assist in handling the employees compensation and benefits such as Health and Social insurance.

Supports tracking - reporting HR core processes

Engage and support in the day-to-day activities and functions of the HR Shared Services.

 Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline Fresh Graduate

Very Good English

Working proficiency in word documents and excel sheets.

A genuine interest in developing a career in HR

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills 

Internship duration 6 Months 

 3 days working from office/ 2 days remote
