Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative assistant Clerk.
A well-known law firm dedicated to helping those who have suffered serious injury. The firm specializes in accident benefits, tortious claims, auto accidents, and workers compensation appeals. The team of skilled lawyers and paralegals are available to help at all stages of an injury case, from the initial claims application to an appeal of an unfavorable decision.
Role Description
The Administrative Clerk will:
- Speak to clients about their concerns
- Engaging clients in our social media stuff
- Communicate with adjusters and clients to follow up on benefits (good communication skills)
- Communicate with clients to remind them to go to their doctors and physio
- Social media and website update
- Call adjusters and lawyers to follow up on our disbursements
Working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM - (1-hour break ) - ( Daylight Saving to be considered )
Fixed 2 days Weekend ( Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications
Graduated
Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
English B2
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook )
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
A good internet connection and a reliable computer
