- Supporting with the employee on-boarding process to ensure a smooth employment experience for new colleagues
- Supporting with the employee off-boarding process by following up with internal stakeholders on the needed clearances
- Making timely updates on the HR system to ensure all employee records are continuously accurate and up to date
- Managing and maintaining employee files and documentation in line with our internal processes while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Supporting with the preparation of monthly people announcements
- Following up on monthly office attendance reports
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing them with the needed guidance on the use of HR systems
- Communicating any changes impacting payroll to the Employee Services Team in a timely manner
- Supporting with employee engagement initiatives planning and deployment
About You
To be successful in the role you should ideally have
Bachelor and Experience
- Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in an HR role
- Previous experience in SAP is a plus but not mandatory
