Job Description Interact with Breadfast customers over system phone and email messages Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Empathize with and prioritize customer needs Respond to customer inquiries on Breadfast social media channels Review customers feedback and order reviews on daily basis and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Periodically test Breadfast website and mobile app and provide feedback Document interactions with customers into CRM system. Job Requirements Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers Excellent documentation skills — documenting interactions with customers into CRM system Good comprehension skills — ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Good composition skills — ability to compose a grammatically correct concise and accurate written response Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs Demonstrable interpersonal and conflict resolution and negotiating skills Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Effective problem-solving skills: ability to approach problems logically Strong handling skills Action detail oriented and self-disciplined Excellent spoken and written communication skills using both Arabic and English languages are must.
