• Ensure that the reception area is tidy.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate work activities.
• Receiving and responding to emails.
• Organizing appointments, scheduling and supervising meetings.
• Dealing with complaints and customer requests continuously.
• Ensure safety procedures and troubleshoot emergencies
• Access to the documents, information and documents needed by managers and other employees and ensure that they are constantly provided.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Department
