Job Description
Summary: Coordinate with all supply chain departments to ensure the efficient high-quality and cost-effective procurement of operating supplies.
Responsibilities:
• Review and manage technical data sheets for new items.
• Onboard new suppliers and coordinate vendor code creation.
• Manage and coordinate orders from the master planning department.
• Issue official orders confirm ready dates and manage pro-forma invoices.
• Verify invoice details including prices codes and dates.
• Coordinate with the commercial department on price confirmation.
• Collaborate with the logistics department to determine shipping methods.
• Maintain accurate order details in the system.
• Assist in negotiating payment terms and prices for new items.
• Work on improving delivery dates to ensure timely supply.
• Inform the import team of shipment details and update the shipping system.
• Ensure new suppliers are registered on the Cargo X website.
• Include ACID numbers in all sea shipping documents.
• Obtain air shipment confirmations to proceed with shipping.
Job Requirements
• 0-1 years of experience in logistics and e-commerce.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Effective follow-up skills.
• Excellent self-motivation.
