Talent Management Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. Employee facilitates daily HR transactions like keeping track of employees records, supporting the the talent acquisition and learning and development process This role also involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our companys talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

Responsibilities:
- Supports in sourcing, screening candidates and conducting interviews for blue collars
- Responsible for talent acquisition administrative tasks (sending invitations, filing & archiving duties).
- Support in Learning & development activities through class administrative tasks
- Support in talent management programs like on-boarding planning, internship tracks,…etc
- Responsible for data cleansing and maintaining HR shared folder updated.
- Support in OD interventions (Job Mapping, Organizational Chart update, Job descriptions and Job analysis Forms).
- Conducting regular reports related to Talent Management activities.

Requirements:
- Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience
- Education: Bachelor degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
