- Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets.
- Handle customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts ,products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.
- Achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenue.
- Providing professional, and high quality service that meet customers’ requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong orientation for sales and services
- Fluency in English.
- Sufficient knowledge of bank's products, services, rules & regulations.
- Computer Literacy.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
