Job Purpose:
Monitor the cash flow movements of the company on a daily basis.
Coordinate all banking and operating systems.
Facilitate the money transmission systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Entry of all cash movements
Maintain financial records
Ensure the efficient management of the company’s bank accounts
Maintain and manage all financial records logs spreadsheets and registers
Ensure the company’s banking operations seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked.
Responsible for interest and debt analysis.
Maintain a good relationship with banks.
Any other tasks as required by the job requirements.
Job Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills
Organizational skills/multi-tasking ability
Advanced at Excel
Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Must be proactive with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
Qualifications:
BSc. in Accounting or Finance
0-5 years of experience
One year of experience in cash management will be an added advantage
