Role purpose:

Responsible for Overall implementation of Human Resources operational and transactional activities (Personnel Labor and Employees Relations operations ) supporting the Centre of Expertise (COEs) and Business partners (HRBP) to achieve their Strategic objectives and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Personnel management:

End – to - End responsibility for the employee life-cycle within the organization:
Hiring logistics (pre – employment medical check Contracts issuance and signatures Employment documents collection)
Contract regular renewals
HR letters  Bank letters issuance
Managing On boarding process
Managing Off boarding process
Manage international mobility (In & out)
Regularly managing  developing and reviewing resources and delivery model  responding to stakeholders and staff demands.
Managing employment files  including its completion and updates
Managing employees documents withdrawal process and governance
Governing the issuance and verification of HR employment related documents


ER and Labor Operations:

Calculate and define monthly social insurance payments for all active and leavers Vodafone employees.
Process payments with the decision support to take the required approvals and follow up on the accounts payable to ensure on time payments to avoid any penalties.
Employees records and files.
Handle all GOV Medical Insurance including Payments and Exemption, as well as Pre-employment medical check-up
Keep log of all social insurance transactions to verify against the monthly budget figures and take corrective actions of the discrepancies
Handle all the related employees Alumni cases operations
