The position is responsible for timely and quality execution of all marketing activities in the assigned operating asset(s) in line with the overall Marketing Plan and budget.
Assist in developing marketing and communication plans and related activities which promote the center as a ‘destination of choice’. Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the Annual Marketing Plan, Asset Brand positioning and overall objectives set for each of the operating assets.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the mechanics of each campaign as scheduled in the yearly mall marketing calendar of events and promotions and ensure its timely execution as per plan.
Support in developing RFPs for events. Liaise with the SMBU Legal, Finance and Shopping Centre Marketing team to execute the approved events in the assigned Shopping Centre.
Generate of all related paperwork such as L.P.O.s, PARs, etc., for related activities at the center, in addition to overseeing and coordinating the development and production of any internal/external newsletters, mall magazines, etc.
Conduct pre and post analysis for each event and promotion campaign and ensure to maintain a record of achievements in Asset Management report. In addition, handle the documentation and filing system of each campaign as per the company internal audit standard and requirements.
