Responsibilities
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Continuously audit, review and suggest changes or creation of required documents, systems and policies to ensure performance standards while maintaining desired behaviours.
Develop the employee experience from start to finish to ensure achievements of organisational goals and satatisfacitons of employees.
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance in alignment with HQ values and expectations.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Suggest and evaluate training programs
Suggest and evaluate new HR and engagement strategies
Develop and report HR analytics as required by HQ
