What are my responsibilities?
Responsible for Managers and team travel arrangements, VISA application, hotel booking,flight ticket
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Responsible for maintenance of HR and Legal data files and keep tracking of all requests in a timely manner
Placing and expediting orders for supplies
Verifying supplies invoices and creating payment vouchers of these supplies
Administrating a filing system (electronic and paper filing) by which documents can be easily kept and retrieved. preparing invoices ,reports, letters and other documents, using word processing ,performed general office duties
Run administrative processes such as electronic forms, leave application forms and Supports all Department and all staff in organizational matters
Assists with preparing purchase orders and invoices
Requirements
Advanced skills in typing Arabic and English contracts, documents.
Excellent power point, word and excel skills (Office)
Team skills and ability to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth interaction with other teams
Ownership for tasks, projects she/ he would be handling
Presentation and Reporting skills, High communication skillwith stakeholders, key decision makers and opinion leaders
High ability to apply change management measures proposing value and handling resistance
