Receptionist is needed to manage the day to day activities in the reception of Alstom Egypt.
Receiving invoices and checking the PO number and get the confirmations from the requester for some of them.
Keeping reception area presentable/clean.
Sending shipments, receiving letters & deliver it to the owner.
Collecting Time sheets and sending the hard copies to the HR & updating the macro time sheet and sending the soft copy to the HR.
Preparing the attendance report and send it to the HR.
Doing the fingerprint and access cards to the new employees.
Creating purchase requisition then following it, create GR and Update the data base for the PRs.
Ordering the office and sites supplies.
Route management of couriers and insuring delivery of letters, etc.
Managing cars rental requests.
Organizing events.
Preparing the MCM presentation every month and the Action plan.
Making the travel request and follow it.
Collecting weekly movement.
