MISSION :
The role of the HR advisor is responsible to provide a single-point-of-contact support for handling all HR transactions, queries and requests through case mgt. tool, helpline calls ,chat & call back requests.
This role is also responsible to liaise with employees, managers & local HR team globally to help resolve queries
Key Result Areas:
Single point of contact to receive HR queries through phone, case management , chat & request call back.
Provides solutions to employees & managers globally as per company HR policies & procedure
directly coaches callers in the use of self-services, if required, for finding the answer on line
deliver transactional support on complex matters like recruitment process, reward & recognition , performance, HR Admin & termination process.
adhere to service level agreements & KPI’s define for HR shared services.
adhere to HR processes and manages the integrity and security employment data.
maintain FAQ & HR documentation up to date (FAQ,DWI, & HR Portal)
deliever high level of quality & accuracy for the transactions processed.
provide HR reports & dashboards to local HR team as per defined process
identify and report process issues and propose solutions for streamlining, improving global standard processes.
raise Purchase Requisition on behalf of the local HR teams for the countries in scope of HRSSC
