The ideal candidate will be participating in the whole talent acquisition process from the shop floor to the middle managerial positions. Also will be responsible of preparing and discussing the job offers given to new employees along with making the exit interviews. S/he will be participating in Learning & Development and Employee Engagements functions different activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources.
Interview job applicant; review applications and CVs; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant qualifications.
Responsible for arranging interviews and coordinating between candidates and managers.
Prepare job offers and discus it with new employees.
Prepare job descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his/her own JD in addition to updating the job descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.
Effectively participate in employment fairs to build employer branding.
Assist in conducting competency based interviews.
Make exit interviews and discuss with the employee the actual reasons for leaving the company.
Assists in fulfilling all departments request for trainees and ensure completing all the requirements of the trainees system.
Prepare and send any needed report related to the learning and development system.
Coordinate and prepare the rewards & recognitions on monthly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in any related discipline.
0-2 years of experience.
Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
Strong computer skills.
