Ecovis Elkadeem & Co. (a German accounting firm in Heliopolis) is hiring an Associate 2
• Qualifications
Responsibilities :
Bachelor degree
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses payroll records withholding tax etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Data Entry and Book Keeping Enter data into computer system using defined computer programs (Quick Books) (an accounting system)
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Skills
• Proven experience as an associate 2 accountant
• Active learning and listening
• Excellent English language
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention todetails
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Preferred working at accountant office
Working hours : 9 AM - 5 PM (Sun – Thu) salary depends on experience
