• Manage day to day banking relationships.
• Prepare treasury reports; Cash Position, Cheque Monitoring,
Petty Cash Transactions, Investment reports…. etc
• Updating LGs & LCs outstanding reports on regular basis
• Ensure timely and accurate information is available to
support the management of the treasury function.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording in Company’s
accounting records of all treasury transactions on SAP.
• Reviewing credit and debit interests, LGs and LCs
commissions and all banking charges.
• Update treasury spreadsheets for all new, re-negotiated and
maturing transactions.
• Settlement of borrowing, investment, and interest rate
management transactions.
• Complete general ledger reconciliations to treasury
spreadsheets.
• Reconcile monthly summaries of outstanding financial
contracts from bank counter-parties to internal records.
• Monitor all treasury exposures daily.
• Recording and custody of all safe box accounting entries.
• Ensure bank reconciliations are carried out monthly.
Job Requirements
• SAP User.
• Experience not less that two years in treasury functions.
• VGood in English.
