Requirements:
• Should have good knowledge of legal transactions for banks.
• Sound knowledge of international law standards.
• Negotiate and advise senior management on the strategic decisions liaising with external advisors and internal key stakeholders and communicating with foreign regulators.
• Led the projects to develop update all standard agreements of the company including customer and on-boarding documentation to reflect the new regulations and advised senior management on the implications of the changes.
• Manage lawyers paralegals and external counsel.
• Review provide legal advice, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and general corporate contracts throughout the Company
• Recommend policies and actions that promote compliance with related regulations.
