RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must have knowledge of cabling; computer networking equipment and operating systems, specifically Novell, and Windows NT; personal computer and server hardware; data communications equipment and protocols; and office administration applications;
• Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable;
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management. Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems. Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge;
• Must have commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications;
We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:
