We are currently looking for a highly motivated and quick-learner HR Generalist for an Americana BU in 6 of October.
He/she will be responsible for handling and coordinating the unit recruitment activities in FMCG or Food and Beverage corporates (screening and interviewing the candidates both white and blue collars)
he/she will be also involved in the training and performance activities.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in an FMCG HR function.
Experience in Recruitment is a MUST
- Experience in training and performance is a plus.
– Strong communication skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Good PowerPoint and excel skills. October or Zayed Residents are preferred.
