Responsibilities
SAP Business One support to customers on the phone and via Email using a Ticket system.
Communicating with the team members and customers -over Skype/3CX- to discuss problems/features and suggest fixes/changes, apply them.
Helping customers with their problems -ex: sometimes we need to show the customer the correct way to do a certain thing instead of changing existing logic/check the code to see what is causing the problem and fixing it.
Working hours 9AM-6PM (UK Time) -incl 1 hr Lunch break-
