Ensure 100% completeness and accuracy of employee data on BambooHR.
Ensure 100% completeness of employee documentation uploaded to BambooHR.
Ensure day-to-day operations of People-related functions are addressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner. The objective is to deliver transactions in alignment with agreed HR service standards specifications. Maintain a response timeline of 24 hours and a resolution timeline for employee requests of 3 working days.
Create and update an onboarding process document to guide the onboarding processes of new hires in collaboration with the global onboarding team.
Manage the onboarding of new hires to ensure seamless integration and optimize new hire productivity.
Identify process improvements regarding onboarding at least once bi-annually.
Coordinate and own the confirmation process of all staff.
People Initiatives & Events
Coordinate at least 2 events per quarter for Andela Egypt Employees; by working closely with the Snr. People Operations Coordinator and Operations team as regards terms of procurement and the smooth run of the above events.
Ensure that monthly internal SOC II testing processes are completed and executed within the indicated timelines. Process documentation is outlined.
Work with the Snr. People Operations Coordinator to ensure that the necessary audit evidence are readily available for annual SOC II testings.
Work with the Snr. People Operations Coordinator to ensure that relevant compliance processes are implemented within the People team and Andela.
Ensure that all employees sign off on the relevant compliance-related documentation upon hire and during annual refresh initiatives.
Employee Benefits Management
Coordinate the vendor selection, issuance and utilization of key employee benefits like Medical insurance, Group life insurance, etc.
Facilitate seamless communication between the People team and its multiple stakeholders regarding all Medical insurance matters.
Managing the enrollment, renewal, and the distribution process for all employee benefits.
Social insurance Compliance
Ensure All employees Signed Their Contracts & social insurance form on their first day of joining Andela
Managing the enrollment, for all our new hires in the Social insurance system & constantly review number of our employee registered in social insurance and keep at 100%.
Managing all the employees file making sure we are in compliance with the labor law.
