Analytics Requirements & job describtion :
· 2+years of data analysis and reporting experience
· Technical experience including SQL, some form of coding (Python, R, etc), and ETL/scheduling
· Advanced hands-on experience with excel and other reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Microstrategy etc. Basic data modeling and fundamental core database concepts.
· Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts
· Strong Knowledge of Data Visualization/UX best practices is an asset
· Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings.
· Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, and metadata.
· Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
· Generating reports from single or multiple data sources.
· Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
· Review and ensure the accuracy of data collected for the reliability of the results submitted.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
· High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
· Solve marketing and product analytics problems.
· Perform analyses that inform decisions on everything from retention strategy to product experience using predictive and descriptive analytical techniques
· Communicate findings from analyses in a way that enables business leaders to make better decisions
· Work closely with business stakeholders to drive integration and adoption of analytics insights into new and existing business processes.
· Conduct regular reviews on planned and existing Analytics initiatives and identify ways to develop integrated analytics solutions across geography and function.
· Support the build of visual dashboards primarily aimed at monitoring the outcomes of advanced analytics models.
· Interest in learning about We s business as well as our data and analytics. Desire to find and capture novel solutions to important problems.
· Establishes an internal network and leverages the network of more senior business analytics specialists.
