In this role you will:
Administer offer management processes, including but not limited to background check screening, collecting and reviewing candidates documents, updating the system and relevant trackers, resolving queries from candidates, Hiring Managers and suppliers via phone and e-mail
Guide candidates through Security Employment Screening
Contact internal & external Stakeholders on a daily basis -by phone and email
Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Manage day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Work towards the service levels agreements (SLA) and compliance standards
Manage various administration activities that would be specific to your account
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in HR or recruitment administration/coordination - preferably in a large corporate organisation
Be fluent in both English & Arabic – verbal and written
Strong people and customer service skills
Team-working and collaborative skills
High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
A pro-active and positive approach
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems/CRMs/Databases is requred - experience of working with Workday and/or SAP is desirable
Payroll experience desirable - not essential
Any additional language skills would be beneficial, particularly French, German or Portuguese - this is not an essential requirement
