Job Description
We are looking for a smart, passionate, and reliable Webmaster/WordPress Developer to rebuild and continuously enhance Integrant.com. This position is based in Cairo, Egypt.
The ideal new member of our team will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, etc.) as well as strong content management skills.
As Webmaster, you will be responsible for maintaining servers and ensuring our websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up-to-date. We strongly prefer engineers with an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities
Designing and building the website front-end
Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin
Update website content and review SEO
Troubleshooting content issues
Establishing and guiding the websites architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Debug pages and fix broken links or images
Conducting website performance tests
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection
Skills and Qualifications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript, jQuery
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
Working knowledge of website management tools
Familiarity with web standards
