Handle order entry on system
Issue the shipping documents
Handle the documentation and record keeping
Sales order entry in ERP: check prices, delivery terms, payment terms against quotes, sales contracts, distributor agreements
Purchase order handling in ERP: check prices, delivery terms, payment terms
Import and export handling: coordinate custom clearance, create and collect necessary documents
Requirements :
Knowledge of Supply Chain and O&L process is mandatory
At least 1 year of experience in a Similar position
Fluent English is mandatory and French will be a huge advantage
Process Improvement Experience is required
Letter of credit experience is an advantage
