Business Development Strategy And Planning
Initiating and delivering the business development projects plan in terms of creating and delivering the initiated product from the planning phase till the up and running stage .
Engaged in defining the projects KPIs, forecasts and technical requirements to support the project of direct distribution
Commercial & Cross functional activities
Support and lead new areas of development selection and projects implementation.
Steer and support Cross functional development of new and enhanced projects Propositions with commercial functions and all related stakeholders (including 3rd Parties)
Support Identification of opportunities and interactions with existing consumer sales and external Vendors
Assist and lead product & channels penetration and GTM for the new initiated products from the segment per channels and set targeted plans in trade
Support Business Cases/ KPIs development
Support new product & channels development/delivery plans with all stakeholders
Finance/ Cash Management operations
Defining and getting approval for the complete business model, including margins , incentives, discounts, trade set-up charges, project costs and targets.
Engaging with Finance team on the design of all the Finance/accounting operations for the projects to ensure that all the financial revenues booking are correctly handled
Initiating and developing the concept of project for business enhancement and general developments spots in consumer sales
Developing the project concept to action plan and putting it in the execution phase
Managing all the assigned departments for the initiated projects
have 1-4 years of experience in Commercial/Sales/Marketing/Project Management
have communication / presentation/ analytical skills
