Prepare monthly (cause of change) report covering all the cost elements among the three Market Units.
Analyze the salary survey conducted by a third party company and benchmark our salaries, benefits against the market.
Revisit our allowances scheme and check the availability of changing the current status upon market movement.
Prepare all the new quotations for all Market Units and amend any cost element if changed.
Provide any HRBP or Outsource team with cost details from Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Actuals.
Finalizing the deal with the Medical Provider and achieve a competitive increase rate that is compatible with the budget.
Track the savings and task achieved by each category in each Market Unit.
Ensuring that OS Actual figures are compatible with the finance figures and mitigate any differences in all Market Units.
Prepare smart spending Year to Date productivity and submit it to the finance to be uploaded on the power stirring.
Prepare and update quotation matrix for all suppliers reflecting all cost elements.
Set clear guide lines on the outsourcing GL definitions and the positions classified underneath
