Familiarizes oneself with the deal through review of sales proposals, client call report and other pertinent documents and understanding clients end-to-end process and how the bank will interact with the client at the various levels
Creation of a feasible project charter, and risk analysis plan, in each instance of a new implementation.
Responsible for the GONO GO decision relating to a clients move from implementation into Business As Usual.
Facilitate stake holders in the “on-boarding” process for the customer.
Act as liaison between the bank and client as it relates to all aspects of the clients implementation.
Oversee and track progress against the project plan deliverables and milestones, by conducting periodic project meetings with both clients and bank staff to ensure project participants are made accountable for delivery.
Take escalation decisions, on issues affecting project delivery, to the appropriate parties at the client or the bank.
Co-ordinate Sales, Product Management, Customer Service and Operations partners to ensure client satisfaction during the implementation phase.
Co-ordination between different internal stakeholders to support customer in post implementation phase.
Responsible and accountable for revenue realization along with Sales, based on the project.
Become the Customers trusted advisor for the delivery of the CTS solution
Instrumental in secondary Sales effort, selling solution onwards to participating subsidiaries.
Through own initiative, or through teams-work, reduce implementation cycle “Mandate – Money.”
Capable of resolving the most complex cash management related problems.
Bring unique product knowledge and innovation to the attention of product and implementation management.
Provide MIS and metrics on progress of deals as appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring personal technical implementation knowledge.
Provide effective handover at the end of the implementation to Customer Service team.
Prepare and deliver a range or reporting media to senior management in a timely manner.
Additionally the resource is required to support the Product side of the business.
Formulate product strategy and successfully manage its execution.
Continuously enhance product offering and profitability.
Proven banking experience.
Project management and/or Change Management experience.
Strong understanding of customer expectations, and knowledge of cash products.
Client management skills and good communication skills.
Experience with corporate treasury and cash management flows.
Sound understanding of connectivity such as API and H2H.
Understanding of Cash management products.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills; verbal and written.
