HR - Admin Specialist is urgently required for reputable company:
Act as the point of contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics
Maintain employee engagement activities at the site Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process es for factory roles Support in employee onboarding
Manage work day data to ensure all employees records are up-to-date Report any issue to HR business partner
Manage employees transportation
Handle the daily meals in the factory
Manage the daily housekeeping services
Handle the security records
Handle the fire fighting process
Qualifications: Bachelor degree Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
experience in labor law and social insurance
Very good English Proven verbal and written communication skills
Excellent administrative skills
Proficient user of MS office application
