Responsibilities
Handling all division communications internally - externally.
Communicate and negotiate with different vendors to get the best rate and service rendered to the company.
Maintain administrative assistance for supervisors and sales force e.g. product information contact sources personnel lists as required to ensure up-to-date records information are maintained.
Make sure that all supporting documents quotations and announcements are attached to forms and expenses in order to proceed with approvals.
Arranges reservations for meetings conferences either local or international (Hotels Air tickets etc…).
Close monitoring of consumption of (business cards expense reports etc…)..
Handling the company phone calls and visitors at the reception.
Experience /Skills
0-2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English language
Computer literate
Effective communication/ negotiation skills
Hard worker with composed personality
