Tasks And Responsibilities
Assist in ADG and DRR office tasks required including photocopying of documents filing delivering signature files and internal documents to other staff members dispatching internal and external documents to the respective staff.
Receive sort and distribute incoming mail from the registry focal staff on daily basis.
Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Assist staff with a wide range of office duties including going to the bank assists with the planning organization and implementation of events meetings conferences and workshops prepare outgoing mail/documentations for distribution
Prepare the meeting rooms located on the Executive floor prior to each meeting and follow up with any actions required by Housekeeping IT Admin or Maintenance team.
Receive visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
Provide information to visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Comply with FAO procedures rules and regulations and keeps a safe and clean reception area.
Perform other duties as required.
CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING
High School Diploma
2 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of English and Arabic
National of Egypt or resident with a work permit.
