Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end quarter-end and year-end closing.
Prepare quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis.
Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
Prepare monthly expense variance analysis.
Ensuring properly accounted for transactions.
Maintain detailed listings of the contents of all balance sheet accounts.
Prepare internal reporting deliverables including financial statements.
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong understanding of debits/credits and accounting principles.
3-5 years experience in General Ledger and Journal Entries.
Must have an intermediate-advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
