MINT Incubators role is always evolving, our program needs to always stay relevant so that we continue to work with high caliber startups. Your job will be to work with 10-12 startups across all industries to get them to multiply their revenues and optimize their product across three months. The role can be summarized into the following points;
1. Assist in the overall design of the program, including workshops and mentors.
2. Manage Online Application and market it to the relevant startups
3. Filter startups from online applications to top 30
4. Recruit judges for the pitch competition
5. Support in the logistics of all events related to the incubator
6. Handle the operations of the incubator during the incubation cycle
7. Work closely with startups on KPIs and set two-week plan to meet KPIs
8. Create reports on post-incubation startups progress
9. Responsible for the communication between startups and all responsible stakeholders
10. Help startups with their pitch preparation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree 0-2 years of experience in program / porject management
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
