- Candidates residing in New Cairo - Nasr City - Heliopolis - Madinaty - Al Rehab city are preferred.
- Experience 1-3 years.
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance.
- Very good command of English language (Speaking reading and writing).
- Expertise with MS office
Job description:
Accounting:
- Petty cash management and preparing weekly and monthly bookkeeping collect the Invoices and filling it.
- Analyze banking transactions and prepare
Bank Reconciliation report.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Posting and recording accounts receivables and payable data.
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Compute taxes owed prepare tax returns ensure prompt payment.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
- Prepare reports for upper management finance department etc.
- Handle payroll process including (Overtime Calculation Tax Social Insurance Deduction Sick leaves Vacations Loans Penalties
Administration:
-Manning the office.
-Preparing and releasing payments by Cash /Cheques to customers/vendors etc.
-Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agenda (meeting minutes).
-Ordering & maintain Grocery/Stationery.
