Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Summarize financial status on a biweekly month basis by collecting information preparing balance sheet profit and loss statement and other financial reports.
- Prepare reports on procurement including cost analyses
- Document Monitor stock levels place orders as needed
- Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers
- Document financial transactions by entering account information in relevant databases
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Collaborate with sales team on managing resolve commission payments
- Follows up Payment Collection cycle
- Handles daily transactions that related to sales and clients
- Audits financial transactions and documentation
- Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
- Understand enforce compliance with local financial legal requirements
- Preparing reports required to deal with the Tax Authority
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Giza residence
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as an accountant
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office accounting tools and databases
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles practices standards laws and
- Organised analytical
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good command of Arabic and English
- Detail-oriented works with a high degree of accuracy
