Giza Seeds & Herbs is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of high caliber talent to effectively meet hiring demands.
Partners with hiring managers by identifying personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Manages job postings; strategically placing job ads to ensure targeted applicant pools are reached.
Manages initial screening process to include reviewing resumes to identify top candidates; conducting phone screens; and referring applicants to more suitable positions where applicable.
Builds a candidate pool through effective sourcing, networking, job boards, universities and social media.
Initiates contact with qualified candidates to identify and recruit top candidates for specific job openings.
Coordinate, schedule and confirm all interviews; Set up candidates for personality and skill assessments.
Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates for immediate placement.
Reviews applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, developing strong candidate relationships and collaborating with others to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Coordinates employment offers, negotiating pay as required.
Attends job/career fairs as a source to generate qualified applicants.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of related recruiting experience
Solid experience in sourcing candidates through advanced sourcing strategies, networking and job boards
Good command of both written and verbal English
A winning attitude
