•Assess partnership requests in accordance to CSR & SD Office Strategy.
•Maintain good relationships with partners and beneficiaries.
•Ensure all partner and beneficiary relations are proactively managed.
• Support Unit Head by acting as a focal point for the Bank
’s biggest CSR & SV partners.
•Monitor and evaluate CSR & SV Unit projects and events progress.
•Arrange periodical field visits to monitor and evaluate project progress in coordination with M&E Office and relevant project manager.
•Report on projects and events progress to Unit Head.
•.Expected to propose new projects that fit within and leverage on the CSR and SV scope of work.
•Handle day to day tasks relevant.
•Support Unit Head by onboarding new team members and ensuring proper tasks allocation.
•Report on major issues within the project/partnership managed.
•Work closely with peer units and other support functions in the bank like marketing, PR and legal.
•Using internal communication to reinforce the company social responsibility strategy.
•Select partnership and sponsorship opportunities based on Bank
objectives and CSR Strategy.
•Supervise and coordinate the roll-out of all CSR projects and events with team members.
•Cooperate with external agencies (PR, Advertising and Media) in order to promote ING CSR initiatives among the general public.
•Improve the awareness of CSR projects across the organization.
•Generate internal employee engagement for CSR activities.
•Support Unit Head by generating follow-up and yearly reports including concrete results vs. objectives.
•Follow the execution of CSR allocated budget and handle financial reporting in coordination with M&E Officer.
