Contract Type: Mercedes-Benz Contract (Staff)
Reporting to: Accounting & Risk Management Senior Manager.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Manage the costing function of assembled vehicles (SKD) & spare parts
Responsible for Inventory accounting – Parts & SKD
Responsible for recording of vehicles imported shipments
Manage dead stock provision
Handle Parts Inventory shortage
Track parts insurance and manage the reconciliation
Responsible for non production out going payment
Manage G&A Accruals & other provisions of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing and Import Egypt (MBMIE)
Implement SKD accounting processes and set standard guidelines for the processes.
Job Specifications / Qualifications:
Proven Experince of Cost Accounting/ Costing
Education: Bachelors Degree with a major in accounting
Experience: 4-6 years.
Fluency of spoken and written English language
Specific Knowledge / Skills:
Very good knowledge of international and local accounting standards
