Implement internal controls to ensure reliability of the financial reporting & free error/irregularities while safeguarding the business process in a risk free environment in terms of receivables management, trade investment and key administrative topics.
Key Responsibilities
Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
Amend & update current policies and procedures for Levant
Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
Responsible for all
Bank Reconciliation.
Review Credit Notes
Review and follow up all suppliers/customers forms and credit terms/credit facilities.
Validating and reviewing Reports showing overdue receivables per customer.
Review exceptions report showing all manually unblocked credit holds on monthly basis and ensure that all credit hold unblocking were approved upfront by credit management. All unauthorized unblocking are timely followed up.
Review credit limits for all Levant customers in SAP by following adidas policies and procedures.
Update and implement the NTP policy for Levant with proper control in place to avoid any policy incompliance.
Review accounts receivables allowances on monthly basis and ensure that we are in compliance with GFM policy.
Responsible of the quarterly review of SAP user rights and ensure that access is strictly restricted to designated staff.
Amend & update current trade terms for Levant.
Review the reconciliations for Levant customers in addition to SOA confirmation.
Maintain and control Levant insurance portfolio in all aspects including retail stores and head office.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University/ Bachelors degree in business with corporate finance, science or accounting focus.
Functional: > 4 - 5 years experience.
Industry: ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
