Responsibilities:
• Determines training needs for regional sales team through observation of sales encounters problems.
• Conducts new hires training programs, on-going sales development programs.
• Conducts product knowledge sessions and refreshment sessions to main stakeholders.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques to support all team members achieve the final results.
• Conducts periodic product knowledge exams for regional sales team.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree.
• From 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Training
• Very good English Language Skills
• Committed to continues learning
