Responsibilities:
Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
Using digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs that match BESA brand and pitch new creative ideas.
Staying up-to-date with new design techniques and software, and social media practices and trends
Understanding edits needed and amend designs after feedback
Developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts
Managing and overseeing social media content to be appealing and informative
Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation style existing
Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Qualifications required:
Bachelors degree in marketing or a relevant field
0 - 1 years of experience in design and social media marketing
Diplomas/courses in social media marketing or design are a plus
Good understanding SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Skills required:
A keen eye for detail
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
Time management, problem solving, and multitasking abilities
Results oriented
Flexibility and willingness to learn
