Plan and execute all Marketing Operations LENA related systems and tools tasks for both brands, adidas and Reebok. Support Go-to-Market (GTM) tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM process and milestone execution.

Plan GTM timelines for all related system and tools tasks and coordinate milestones with key counterparts for LENA
LENA RMA administrator
LENA SAP Key User for Marketing
Prepare and ensure timely execution of seasonal system uploads
Execute regular extracts and reports to ensure data accuracy
Prepare system and tools related templates and checklists
Bring process improvements and communicate system updates and changes
Assist with other Marketing Operations and GTM related tasks

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
preferred Bachelor degree in related field
> 2 years of cross functional experience in operational driven environment required
Advanced SAP User and strong systems skills
