Your Tasks And Responsibilities
You will execute all service activities assigned, in an adequate and appropriate manner for all Ultrasound “ US “ Systems.
You will be responsible for service activities include installation, start up, preventive maintenance, repair and system modifications and updates on demand.
You will communicate and accept all operative procedures that support service process and ensure optimal performance in all activities within the area of responsibility.
You will undertake IT-PACS applications and Network techniques are preferable.
You will maintain highest customer satisfaction within the framework of Siemens Healthineers, Customer Service.
Your Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Similar.
At Least 3 years of professional experience in Ultrasound Service.
Your Attributes And Skills
Excellent Communication and customer interaction skills.
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Very good level of English language.
Flexibility regarding travel throughout and outside Egypt.
