Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to the Head of Finance - NAF, is a key partner to all business functions; he/she supports the different business functions in operations and decision making, ensures the successful implementation of the finance organization agenda in the local company and manages relations with external partners financially.
The Senior Financial analyst is also responsible for the planning activities of all forecasts & plans and ensures their reporting across the different platforms (LYNX, Bravo, BW, Anaplan etc.).
The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with all CVTs to make sure the required data is provided, decisions are assessed financially. He / She works with all functions on ensuring clear visibility on results and proper control of OPEX and NTS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supports HOF in planning (MTP/FBP) and forecasting (LAT/JU/NU) cycles with key business partners.
Collects, challenges and consolidates data from the business partners.
Partner with the CVT / Country leads in building up their plans in according to the co guidance.
Act as the Finance business partner for the pricing and the MEMAR organization. Supports in profitability assessments when it comes to pricing decisions.
Ensures alignment with management goals and prepares presentations required for management reviews.
Responsible for all financial/managerial reporting in corporate systems and supports other functions reporting.
Ensures completion of monthly, quarterly and yearly required reporting in LYNX, BRAVO, ANAPLAN, etc.
Collects data from accounting team and ensures the application of all systems adjustments.
Ensures compliance with WWP and ICH from reporting aspect and ensures the proper documentation of all supporting documents.
Responsible for handling the correct mapping and allocation of in and out cross charges.
Supports other functions in completing their reporting (Ex. Headcount, BI assumptions, etc.)
Finalize all management review decks to assist management track performance and forecast – if and when prepared by the COE
Ensure calculation of quarterly subsides with JPNV
Support in the validation of the distributors claims as per the approval / review matrix
Provides financial consultation for all business departments with special focus with commercial functions.
Provides financial support in decision making for all business functions.
Prepares required analysis to facilitate decision making on initiatives and programs.
Controls OPEX spending of all departments
Ensures compliance of actual versus budget and prepares BVA analysis on regular basis to ensure alignment with target.
Tracks expenses posting and guarantees proper booking in accordance with WWP.
Comply with local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy on Business Conduct (PBC).
Supports finance department in audits by Corporate
Internal Audit (CIA) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Qualifications
Must be based in Cairo
Must have a multinational experience
Minimum 6 years of general experience including 3 years in a similar role.
Must have experience in business partnering and commercial support.
